On this Small Business Saturday, I just wanted to say I love small businesses! As a freelance Website Designer and Graphic Designer, I've had the pleasure to work with the owners of lots of wonderful small businesses to help them succeed with website design, SEO, and graphic design.
Today I wanted to share some of them with you, check them out – there's lots of great gift ideas!
A wonderful woman-owned business, owner Patsy is wonderful to work with, she specializes in New Mexican Chiles as well as heirloom tomatoes and peppers from around the world. Seeds make great gifts for any gardener. :)
144 Collection began as a simple hobby for Lesia Griffin after taking sewing lessons. Lesia found that she loved creating patterns and designing handmade handbags. Check out her beautiful work, all hand-sewn in NYC. I love her coin purses!
Lakeridge Maple Farm is a maple sugaring farm in beautiful Guilford, Vermont. Their organically-grown maple syrup products are delicious!!

Sandra Dallas is a long-time best-selling Colorado author – her books are great reads, they are somewhat historical fiction about strong women characters living back in the late 1800s and early 1900s.
Local Watercolor Artist, Dennis Pendleton teaches Watercolor Classes at the Art Students League of Denver, as well as hosting workshops in Denver, Taos NM, and Steamboat. His workshops and private lessons make great gifts for any aspiring or experienced artists!
Blake Street Tavern is Denver's best sports bar, they are wonderful to work with, have great food, and lots of seating and free parking in downtown Denver.

RockyMountainComposting.com Rocky Mountain Composting is an Arvada based, Eco-friendly, curbside composting service. They specialize in residential food scrap and yard debris collection. They offer curbside composting pickup service in Jefferson County, Denver County, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Golden, Westminster & Edgewater. Most of these areas do not have any other compost services available, so he's bringing it to them! Go compost!
