The Regenerative Fill tool in Photoshop 2024 is a cool new tool, it's not perfect, but saves a lot of retouching time. I would go in and clean this image up a bit with the standard Photoshop tools like Brushes, Stamp, Healing Brush, etc to polish it perfectly, but this is a great start and very fast and easy to do.
