AI Cleanup Design Service

I am finding as a Graphic Designer and Website Designer that a lot of clients are using AI to generate graphics, websites, fliers and more. But they are still coming to me, because AI can't do exactly what they want – and they need someone to cleanup the AI generated graphics or websites. This involves improving resolution (as AI generated graphics are often low resolution and not ideal for printing or larger use on websites), or cleaning up visual noise or oddities, changing colors or shapes, adding or changing text, as well as hunting for and fixing or removing AI glitches like an extra toe, a weird arm or hand, extra limbs, odd plant structure, unrealistic animals, insects or wildlife.

This AI generated icon graphic above is low resolution so it can't print well or be edited easily, so a client hired me to rebuild it into vector format as well as make a lot of color and shape adjustments to it to make it 100% theirs. They tried to get ChatGPT to revise this concept with multiple prompts, but it kept churning out completely different concepts so they decided to hire a designer (me) to take it over the finish line.

I also have been hired to turn AI generated graphics like icons and even logos into fully editable, vector-format that can be scaled to any size.

If you're using AI to generate a logo, like the example above, you may want to read my sister post: Fixing AI Generated Logos. While I understand it's fun to play with AI to get some logo concepts and ideas, I definitely DO NOT recommend using an AI Generated logo professional business due to AI-driven copyright infringement as well as resolution and editing limitations. AI is pulling art from other places, and a logo designed by AI may be a direct knockoff of multiple logos that are already out there. I have had clients hire me to recreate AI generated logos into a usable scaleable vector format that can colors adjusted for various uses such as reversing out logos, but we always modify them in the process to completely customize them and make sure that there are no identical logos out there that AI may have copied.

While I don't recommend using AI to generate all your graphics or website designs, I know that people are using AI graphic generation more than ever before, and I'm realistic that I will be working on cleaning up the AI slop. I'm happy to do it, but I will also recommend to customize it even further to make it yours, and I can also create new concepts that are not AI generated so that you have a selection to choose from to make it unique to your needs and brand.

This is an infographic poster that I custom designed and created without using AI. This is using illustrations and vector art to share lots of stats and info in a visually engaging way.

Infographic & Flyer Design:

I am also a professional infographic designer to create info-heavy graphics or flyers for clients. You may have noticed that a lot of people are using AI to produce a lot of flyers that are almost like infographics. But there is always something not quite right and the infographic-like flyers often look over-polished or fake. I'm starting to see a lot of pushback and negative feedback on social media when an organic grower or conservation group posts a very-obviously AI produced flyer for events, as it seems contrary to what they stand for. There are also a lot of fake AI generated flyers for events that people are quickly becoming wary of. On top of this, unfortunately these AI flyers are not easily editable or high resolution, so people can't edit them to be 100% correct. Hiring a professional infographic designer or illustrator is going to be your best bet if you want your flyer or infographic done right.
