Setting up the Contact Form in Wix

 

Wix has a great Contact Form that makes it very easy to setup a simple contact form on your Wix website so that people can contact you. This form is customizable so you can select the various standard fields to collect information, and it also will send the form submissions to the email address specified in the settings. To find this, click on your form in the Wix editor, then click on "Settings" to open up the "Contact Form Settings" window, where you can add one or two emails to be notified upon the form's submission.
