Wix Stores Thank You Page Customization
As a Wix Website Designer, I am a huge fan of the Wix website platform. The Wix Editor is a dream come true for designers used to working in Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator – it allows you to customize the design of nearly every page with ease and a WYSIWYG editor (what you see is what you get.) They also have Wix Stores and Ecwid for ecommerce, to allow for easy-to-manage online stores to be added on any Wix website.
One thing I find lacking in Wix Stores, however, is a complete receipt upon checkout. Currently, the final Thank You Page in checkout only shows the Order Amount Total and an Order Number, it does not display the Order Summary that shows what products/quantities that they ordered.
On this note, you CAN customize the Thank you page of the checkout by adding more content above or below the order review, so there IS some customizability to the page, but currently you cannot "turn on" an Order Summary to include the Products/Quantities ordered, which is an important part of a thank you receipt page.
I've sent this feedback to Wix, I hope this is an easy addition. An more complete order review page is standard on Shopify and other ecommerce platforms, so I hope it is something Wix Stores can offer soon! I know they're always working on improving the platform, so I'm sure it will be something they will offer soon.
