Photoshop Content Aware Crop Tool

Here is how to use Photoshop to expand images' area by using the Content Aware Crop tool. This is very handy if you want to straighten an image, or enlarge an image area for bleeds in graphic design.

While Photoshop has had the Content Aware fill tool forever, I didn't realize that the Crop tool had this Content Aware ability. Make sure to "uncheck" the "Use Classic Mode" setting in the Crop Tool to allow for the Content Aware checkbox to work. If you have the Crop Tool in Classic Mode, it won't allow you to use this Content Aware feature:
