I love working with authors to develop beautiful author website designs that highlight books, book excerpts, purchasing or affiliate links for customers to buy books, newsletters, and blogs for authors to use to post about their upcoming book releases, author book signings, events and other news.
I just recently had the pleasure to work with Sandra Dallas, a local Denver, Colorado author who writes wonderful novels with themes of strong women, loyalty, friendship, and human dignity. I just read The Last Midwife, a great read about a midwife living in a mountain town in Colorado during the mining days of 1880. It is a fast read and has mystery, love, and heartbreak all based in Colorado, so it's a fun read for a local like me.
For her author website design, we built out all of her individual book pages, created a new blog for posting her newsletter and events, and added good SEO on all her pages (search engine optimization) to help her website get found on search engines.
