As a Website Designer, most of my clients have websites with Google Analytics installed on them. Often, the clients don't know the gmail email login to access the Google Analytics, which is problematic if we want to view the statistics on the site, and, if we want to install the same Google Analytics account on their new website if we're redesigning the site.
But luckily, Google does provide ways to get access to Google Analytics accounts:
