Online Art Filter for Photos
As a Website Designer and Graphic Designer, sometimes you want to create some "art" by applying effects to a photograph or graphic. Here is a good tool for quick art effects. Albeit, they don't always look good, and they work differently on different art, but you can get some interesting effects and use in conjunction with Photoshop to make art from photos. No app or software needed, this is a browser based art filter for photos. Here's an example of one below, I used Photoshop to put in the green background and grunge edges.
